My favorite color: PINK! I’m a true girlygirl.
My favorite animal: Can I say my two kittens? If not, then the Honey Badger!
My favorite number: Number one!
My favorite drink: COFFEE!!!!
My first job: When I was 13, I got a paper route. I did that for 3 years and then became a waitress after school.
My dream vacation location: Bora Bora. The pictures are just so breathtaking.

My passion: Writing of course ;)
Prefer giving or getting presents: Giving! I love the look on people’s faces when they open them. It’s why I hate giving gift cards.
Prefer NO running water or NO electricity: NO Running water. I live close enough to the beach that I could just jump in there if I needed to.
My favorite day of the week: Sundays, because I can be lazy all day and then watch True Blood!
My favorite season: Florida doesn’t really have “Seasons”, but I would still say summer.
My favorite flower: Gerber Daisy
Morning or night person: It depends on if I’ve had coffee or not! LOL.
My favorite ice cream topping: Caramel
Do you slow down or speed up at yellow lights: Anyone who knows me knows I see them as a challenge. And I always accept!!
What’s for breakfast: COFFEE!! (and usually eggs or Cheerios)
Walk back or leave shopping cart in parking lot: One of my biggest pet peeves is the people who are too lazy to walk the cart back! It’s ten feet people! C’mon!!
My favorite sleeping position: I always wake up on my back with my arms over my head. Which are often numb from being like that for so long. I try not to sleep that way, but inevitably I end up in that position.
Mow the lawn or hire it out: Hire! I’m not a fan of gardening or yard work. I have a thumb so black it might need amputated!

Author Bio:

I started my obsession with reading at an early age, getting in trouble for sneaking BabySitter Club and Nancy Drew books into math class in elementary school. I would read any fiction book I could get my hands on. I knew it was an addiction when instead of grounding me from TV or music, my mom would take away my books as punishment (The Horror!). My love of all things paranormal was inspired by my good friend Laurie, who convinced me that books with vampires, witches, and all things shifter were amazing. After a little reluctance, I gave it a shot with the Sookie Stackhouse books, realized she was right, and the rest was history.

I grew up in Pittsburgh, graduated from The University of Pittsburgh with my degree in English, and taught 8th graders to love reading as much as I do for several years. I will always be a proud member of the Steelers Nation, but I couldn’t take the cold and moved my frozen tush to Florida where I now live with my family and two cats. You will find me now with my trusty Kindle in hand and toes in the sand!
